How often is inventory updated?
Inventory is updated in real time, every so often adjustments will be made but 95% of the time it will be accurate. Contact us directly to confirm the most current stock before placing an order.
How do I place an order?
Review the inventory sheet, note the item name and vial size you want, then message us via the portal. We will confirm availability, pricing, and next steps.
What do the status labels mean?
“In Stock” means currently available and “Sold Out” means current inventory is gone. The detail labels below the sheet provide extra context such as Available, In Transit, Purity Testing, On Order, or Preorder.
What does “Preorder” mean?
Preorder means the item is not currently in stock but can still be requested in advance. Availability and timing may vary, so please contact us before assuming an item can be secured.
Do prices always stay the same?
Prices on the sheet reflect current listed pricing, but availability and pricing can change as inventory updates. When placing orders in the portal you will see the most up to date pricing.
What should I include when I message you?
The new portal is fully guided and you no longer need to message us with info. Just place an order via the portal. Please include the item name, vial size, quantity wanted, and any questions about availability. That helps us respond faster and confirm the correct item.
Do you offer peptides not listed on the inventory page?
Yes. We may be able to special order additional options that are not currently listed on the inventory sheet. Special orders typically require a larger minimum order, so please contact us directly to check availability, requirements, and lead time.
What happens after I send my order request?
Once you place an order via the portal, we will work with you via a built in chat to fully complete your order. Support will also be provided via the portal. Once you message us with the item name, vial concentration, and quantity, we will review current availability and reply with confirmation and next steps. Inventory can change quickly, so an item is not considered confirmed until you receive a direct response from us.
